Adding Network Printer to a Windows Computer
Open the Control Panel (Easiest way is to use the Search Bar next to the Windows Start button and type "Control Panel" or click on the icon on your desktop) Click on "Devices and Printers" Click "Add a Printer" Click “The Printer that I wanted wasn’t listed” Select "Add printer using IP address or hostname" Click Next Device Type Select "TCP/IP Device" Use the IP address found in the network settings in the device. Type the IP address in the "Hostname or IP address" field. This maybe located in Printer/Copier Network settings or displayed on an LCD panel. It will look like a set of numbers in this format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Click Next Select the Driver for the model of the Printer (It may or may not be listed, additional instructions are below to get the driver) Click next and follow the prompts to Finish If the Driver is not listed Select "Have Disk" For canon copiers, go to the U drive Go to Addons > Drivers Open the folder "UFRII_v2.21_Set-up_x64" Open the folder "Drivers" Select "CNLB0MA64.INF" file and click Open Click Ok and follow the prompts to find the printer and finish. For all other printers, you may need to download the driver from the printer vendor website.
