SCUSD Staff Annual VPN Request
VPN access is only needed for internal systems like Escape, network shares, etc. Common tools like Office 365, Infinite Campus, Teams, Google Drive, and Google Classroom do not require VPN. Requirements: SCUSD-issued and managed device users Employees enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Supervisor and CIO approval required Request Process: Access is valid for up to 1 year. 1. Complete VPN Request Form: SCUSD Staff VPN Access Request 2. Supervisor approval 3. CIO final approval Represented Staff Policy Cabinet has determined that represented staff do not require VPN access, as their work is performed on the district network. Third Party VPN Requests
Third-party vendors who need secure remote access to Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD) systems must complete the Third Party VPN Request Form. This process ensures that all external partners accessing district resources adhere to our security policies and compliance standards. VPN access is only needed for internal systems like Escape, network shares, etc. Common tools like Office 365, Infinite Campus, Teams, Google Drive, and Google Classroom do not require VPN. Please have any third party vendors requesting VPN access utilize this form: Third Party VPN Request Note: They must have a point of contact within SCUSD, and provide detailed information about which computer is being used and what antivirus is being used.

Access Request Form for Network Services and Email
Please fill out the Access Request Form for all requests for network services and email. Please email this form. We no longer accept forms via FAX. Download form Directions Download the form and edit on your computer. Print it and have it signed with the appropriate authorization signature. Scan sign form and Send an original E-mail to support@scusd.edu (emails with RE: as part of the subject line do not create support tickets. If you have any questions, please call Technology Support at 643-9445. Request will be completed within 48 hours.

Request for District Cell Phone or Hotspot
Request for District Cell Phone or Hotspot Download This form is used to request a new district-issued mobile phone, report a lost, stolen, or broken device, or request an upgrade or reassignment. It must be completed with all required user, department, and authorization details, then submitted to Technology Services via email. Phones are district property and must be returned when no longer in use. Director or CBBO approval is required for certain titles. For questions, contact Technology Support at (916) 643-9445.
